  1. Shipping Policy

    Orders will be dispatched on the same business day if payment is confirmed before 3 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Delivery within Karachi typically takes 1-3 business days, while delivery to other cities in Pakistan may take 3-5 business days depending on the courier service. For customized products, delivery timelines may vary based on the nature of the customization. Cancellations are not allowed once production has begun for customized products.

  2. Gift Wrapping and Packaging Policy

    Gift Wrapping and Packaging Policy Premium gift wrapping is available for all products. For corporate or bulk orders, we offer customized packaging with logos or branding. Custom packaging charges depend on the design complexity and order quantity. All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit, and fragile items receive additional protective packaging.

  3. Return and Exchange Policy

    Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or the wrong item was delivered. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories.Customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. To initiate a return or exchange, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with photos of the product.

  4. Payment Policy

    Payment Policy We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan and bank transfers for international or high-value orders. International customers must provide proof of payment and ID. Orders are confirmed only once payment is successful. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
